ਹੇ ਇਨਸਾਨ!
ਤੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤਾਂਈਂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਜਦ ਤਾਂਈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੇਹ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੁਆਸ ਹੈ ॥

ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅਪਾਰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਕੀਮਤ ਜਾਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ॥
ਉਹ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਬੇ ਮੁਹਤਾਜ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹੈ ॥
ਹੇ ਇਨਸਾਨ! ਤੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤਾਂਈਂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰ ਜਦ ਤਾਂਈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੇਹ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੁਆਸ ਹੈ ॥

ਦਇਆਵਾਨ, ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ!
ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੇ ਮੈਂਡਾ ਮਾਲਕ ॥
ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਿਆਲੂ ਹੈ ॥
ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥ ਠਹਿਰਾਉ ॥

ਤੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਡਿੱਕੋਡੋਲੇ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥ ,
ਹੇ ਫਾਨੀ ਬੰਦੇ! ਕਰਤਾਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹੀ ਹੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਹਾਰ ਵੀ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ॥

ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਸਾਜੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
ਸੱਚਾ ਪਾਲਣ-ਪੋਸਣਹਾਰ, ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹੈ ॥

English Translation (Meaning)

Meharvan Sahib...

O Brother! The True Master has always been kind and benevolent to me during all three ages (past, present, and future) as the Lord has always been our benefactor, bestowing life to all beings. (Pause)

Tu Kahe Dole Prania..

O Human being! Why are you always wavering, being unstable? The Lord-Creator and sustainer will always protect you and save you (from any hurdles). O Brother! The True Master, who had created You, will bless you with His support also. (1)

Jin Upayi Medni...

The True Master, who has created this world, keeps an eye on sustaining all the beings. The Lord-benefactor is the master of all the beings (hearts). (2)

Kudrat Keem Na Janiye..

O Brother! It is rather impossible to gauge the depth and strength of the Lord, as He is the greatest of all, and carefree.

O Man! You should always worship the Lord by reciting the True Name as long as life exists (in your body).

Tu Samrath Akath Agochar...

O Lord! You are all-powerful, being omnipotent, limitless, and beyond the reach of our body and mind (soul) and this soul is your blessing alone, along with everything else granted to us. O Nanak! I have enjoyed the eternal bliss through the Grace of the Lord. O Lord! May we always be blessed with Your Grace and support along with Your helping hand over our heads! (4-3)
