ਸਾਵਣਿ ਸਰਸੀ ਕਾਮਣੀ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਸਿਉ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਰਤਾ ਸਚ ਰੰਗਿ ਇਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੁ ॥ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਰੰਗ ਕੂੜਾਵਿਆ ਦਿਸਨਿ ਸਭੇ ਛਾਰੁ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬੂੰਦ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੀ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਪੀਵਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ ਵਣੁ ਤਿਣੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੰਗਿ ਮਉਲਿਆ ਸੰਮ੍ਰਥ ਪੁਰਖ ਅਪਾਰੁ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਲਣੈ ਨੋ ਮਨੁ ਲੋਚਦਾ ਕਰਮਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ ਜਿਨੀ ਸਖੀਏ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੰਉ ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਜੀ ਮਇਆ ਕਰਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਵਾਰਣਹਾਰੁ ॥ ਸਾਵਣੁ ਤਿਨਾ ਸੁਹਾਗਣੀ ਜਿਨ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਉਰਿ ਹਾਰੁ ॥੬॥

Sawan Sarsi Kaamni, Charan Kamal Sion Pyar
Man Tan Rataa Sach Rang, Iko Naam Adhaar
Bikhia Rang Koorhavia, Disan Sabhe Chhaar
Har Amrit Boond Suhavani, Mil Saadhoo Peevanhaar
Van Tin Prabh Sang Maulia, Samrath Purakh Apaar
Har Milanai No Man Lochda, Karam Milavanhaar
Jini Sakhie Prabh Paia, Hau Tin Kai Sad Balihaar
Nanak Har Jee Maya Kar, Shabad Savaaranhaar

During the month of Sawan, man becomes devoted to the love of the Lord's lotus feet and enjoys the bliss of life. (like the bride who loves her spouse and enjoys his company) whosoever has taken the support of True Name, gets imbued with the hue of True love of the Lord, thus enjoying a blissful life. While the vicious acts of those, engulfed in the worldly veil of falsehood (Maya) have no real existence and finally face destruction.
If we become interested in the nectar of True Name, in the company of holy saints (through the Guru's guidance) then this drop of nectar becomes beautiful and worthwhile.
During this month, due to the strength and power of the Lord and Nature, all trees, jungles, and grass change to greenery and growth all around as if in praise of the Lord's Greatness. (the whole Universe sings the praises of the Lord, blossoming into greenery and beauty all around)
Though everyone longs to get a glimpse of the Lord, this is possible only through the Grace of the Lord, I offer myself as a sacrifice to all my friends and colleagues who have attained the love and devotion of their spouse, the Lord.
O Nanak! The Lord is always bestowing His Grace and favours and beautifying His Creation through the guidance of the Guru. So this month of Savan is really beautiful and enjoyable for those, who have taught the love of the True Name of the Lord in their hearts, and spend it successfully in His Devotion. (6).
2. Hukamnama Punjabi Translation
ਬਾਰਾਂ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਮਾਝ, ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਕੇਵਲ ਇਕ ਹੈ. ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਹ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਸਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਹ ਵਹੁਟੀ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨ ਕੰਵਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਹੈ. ਉਸ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੇ ਦੇਹਿ ਸਤਿਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਕੋ ਹੀ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ. ਪਾਪਾਂ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਝੂਠੀਆਂ ਹਨ. ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਛ ਜੋ ਨਜ਼ਰੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੈ ਸੁਆਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹਨ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਆਬਿ-ਹਿਯਾਂਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਣੀਆਂ। ਸੰਤ-ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਬੰਦਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ.
ਜੰਗਲ ਅਤੇ ਘਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿੜਾਂ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਵਾਨ, ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਤ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਫੁੱਲਤ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਟਣ ਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਚਿੱਤ ਤਰਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਹ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ. ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸਹੇਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਹਾਂ. ਨਾਨਕ, ਜਦ ਮਾਣਨੀਯ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਧਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਸਸ਼ੋਭਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਸਾਉਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਪਤਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੰਗਲਮਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਿਆ ਹੈ.
सावन संक्रांति हुकमनामा in Hindi
बारह माहा मांझ महला ५ घरु ४ ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥ सावण सरसी कामणी ( Sawan Sarsi Kamani ) चरन कमल सिउ पिआर ॥ मन तन रता सच रंग इको नाम अधार ॥ बिखिआ रंग कूड़ावेआ दिसन सभे छार ॥ हरि अमृत बूंद सुहावणी मिल साधू पीवणहार ॥ वणु तिणु प्रभ संगि मओलेआ सम्रथ पुरख अपार ॥ हरि मिलणै नो मन लोचदा करम मिलावणहार ॥ जिनी सखीए प्रभ पाया हंओ तिन कै सद बलिहार ॥ नानक हरि जी मया कर सबद सवारणहार ॥ सावण तिना सुहागणी जिन राम नाम उर हार ॥६॥
श्रावण के महीने में वहीं जीव-स्त्री वनस्पति की तरह प्रफुल्लित हो जाती है, जिसका प्रभु के चरण कवलों से प्रेम है। उसका तन-मन सद्पुरुष के प्रेम से मग्न हो जाता है और सत्य-परमेश्वर का नाम ही उसका एकमात्र सहारा बन जाता है।
विष-रूपी माया का मोह झूठा है। सब कुछ जो दृष्टिमान होता है, वह क्षणभंगुर है। हरि-नाम रुपी अमृत की बूंद बहुत सुन्दर है। संतों-गुरुओं से मिलकर मनुष्य उनका पान करता है। प्रभु के मिलन से सारी वनस्पति वन एवं तृण प्रफुल्लित हो गए हैं। प्रभु बेअंत एवं सब कुछ करने में समर्थ है।
ईश्वर के मिलन हेतु मेरा हृदय बहुत व्याकुल है। परन्तु प्रभु अपनी कृपा से ही जीव को अपने साथ मिलाता है। जो सखियाँ ईश्वर को प्राप्त हुई हैं, उन पर मैं सदैव कुर्बान हूँ।
नानक जी का कथन है कि हे प्रभु! मुझ पर दया करो। प्रभु अपने नाम द्वारा जीव को संवारने वाला है। श्रावण का महीना उन सुहागिनों के लिए ही सुन्दर है, जिन्होंने राम नाम को अपने हृदय का हार बना लिया है॥ ६॥
