Guru Harkrishan Ji Parkash Gurpurab
Let's remember and pay homage to the revered Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji, on his 368th Parkash Aagman Gurpurab. Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji, also known as Bal Pir and Bal Guru, was the eighth Guru of Sikhism. Despite being the youngest Guru, Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji made a significant impact during his short but remarkable life.

Guru Har Krishan Ji was born at Kiratpur, in the Ropar district on the 7th of July. 1656 A.D to Mata Krishan Kaur and Guru Har Rai Ji. Finding him fit for Guruship in all respects, Guru Har Rai entrusted him with the responsibility of leading the Sikhs on the 6th of October 1661 A.D. He was only five at that time when he was bestowed upon the Guruship.
