Sarb Nidhan Pooran Gurdev is Today's Mukhwak from Morning Parkash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji at Darbar Sahib, Amritsar on dated [pods field="date_ce"]. The creator of this Hukamnama Composition is Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, documented on Ang 806 of SGGS Ji in Raga Bilawal.

Punjabi Translation

ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।

(ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈ ਕੇ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਲੱਭ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਸਹੇੜ ਕੇ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।੧।

(ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦਾ ਹੈ) ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਰਾਖਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਟੁੱਟਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿਚਾਰਾ (ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਆਦਿਕ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਪਿਆ ਝਖਾਂ ਮਾਰੇ (ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ) ।੨।

ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਬੰਦੇ (ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ) ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਸਗੋਂ) ਖਿੱਝਦੇ (ਹੀ) ਹਨ। (ਆਤਮਕ) ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਫਾਹੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਈ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।੩।

ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਬੇ-ਸ਼ੱਕ) ਆਖ-ਜੇਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਮ ਭੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੁਕ ਸਕਦਾ।੪।੧੩।੧੮।

English Translation

Bilawal Mahala - 5th  ( Sarb Nidhan Pooran Gurdev )
O Brother! The perfect Guru is the Master of all worldly treasures and the persons, who recite the Lord's True Name in the company of such a Guru, really lead a worthwhile or fruitful life. (they are only alive). However, the persons, devoid of the Lord's love, face death after leading a wasteful and troublesome life. (1)
O Brother! The Lord's True Name is the real protector of the Guru-minded persons, whereas the self-willed person, bereft of the True Name, leads a wasteful life, without achieving anything. (2)
Such persons, burn themselves in the fire of worldly desires as they are engrossed in the slander of the holy saints. They (dead bodies) are chained with a noose around the neck by the Yama and long by punishing them (with sticks on the head or feet). (3)
O Nanak! The persons, who recite His True Name in the world, are not approached by the Yama (god of death) being afraid of them. (4-13-18)

बिलावल महला ५ ॥ पूर्ण गुरुदेव सर्व सुखों का भण्डार है॥ १॥ रहाउ ॥ भगवान् का नाम जपने से ही मनुष्य जीते हैं किन्तु शाक्त आदमी मर कर ख्वार होते हैं।॥ १॥ राम नाम मेरा रखवाला बन गया है लेकिन शाक्त बेचारा यूं ही समय बर्बाद करता रहता है।२॥ अनेक व्यक्ति संत-महापुरुषों की निंदा कर-करके बहुत दुखी होते हैं और मृत्यु की फाँसी उनके गले, सिर एवं पैरों में पड़ी रहती है॥ ३॥ हे नानक ! जो नाम जपते हैं, यम उनके निकट नहीं आता ॥ ४ ॥ १३ ॥ १८ ॥
