Mukhwak Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib: Mera Lago Ram Sio Het is Hukamnama of Today from Sri Darbar  Sahib, Amritsar on Dated January 8, 2023. The Creator of Hukam Gurbani is Satguru Arjan Dev Ji, Documented in SGGS Ji Ang 675 in Raag Dhanasari.

ਮੇਰਾ ਲਾਗੋ ਰਾਮ ਸਿਉ ਹੇਤੁ

English Translation

Dhanasari Mahala – 5 ( Mera Lago Ram Sio Het )

I am always imbued with the love of the Lord, who has always been my supporter and protector and the True Guru has cast away my darkness of ignorance and all other sufferings. (Pause-1)

The Lord has always protected me with His (helping hand) support and rid me of all the pangs of the cycle of births and deaths. The Lord has protected me against the efforts of vilification of the slanderer, and the vilifier has been disgraced and dishonored (with a blackened face) in the Lord’s court. (!)

The True Lord has acted as our supporter and savior by taking us in His embrace. O, Nanak! We have become fearless ( of death) and enjoyed the eternal bliss (of life) by singing the praises of the Lord. (in the company of holy saints). (2-17)

धनासरी महला ५ ॥ मेरा लागो राम सिओ हेत ॥ सतिगुरु मेरा सदा सहाई जिन दुख का काटेया केत ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ हाथ देए राखेओ अपुना कर बिरथा सगल मिटाई ॥ निंदक के मुख काले कीने जन का आप सहाई ॥१॥ साचा साहिब होआ रखवाला राख लीए कंठ लाए ॥ निरभौ भए सदा सुख माणे नानक हरि गुण गाए ॥२॥१७॥

धनासरी मः ५ ॥ ( Mera Lago Ram Sio Het ) मेरा राम से प्रेम हो गया है। सतगुरु सदैव ही मेरा सहायक है, जिसने मेरे दुख की जड़ ही काट दी है॥ १॥ रहाउ ॥ उसने मुझे अपना बना कर अपना हाथ देकर मेरी रक्षा की है और मेरी तमाम पीड़ा मिटा दी है। उसने निंदकों के मुँह काले कर दिए हैं और वह अपने सेवक का सहायक बन गया है॥ १॥ वह सच्चा परमेश्वर मेरा रखवाला बन गया है और उसने अपने गले से लगाकर मुझे बचा लिया है।

ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ 5 ॥ ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਸਰਨ ਆਏ ਹਰੇਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਬੋਦੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਹੀ ਸਦਾ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ(ਜੇਹੜਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਰਨ ਆਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੜ੍ਹ ਹੀ ਕੱਟ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ), ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਭੀ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।1।ਰਹਾਉ।

ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਦੁੱਖ-ਦਰਦ ਮਿਟਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਪ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।1।

ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਪ ਰਾਖਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਗਲ ਨਾਲ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾ ਗਾ ਕੇ,ਤੇ, ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣ ਕੇ ਦੱੁਖਾਂ ਕਲੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਿਡਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।2।17।
