Jyoti Jot Diwas or Ascension Gurpurab of Guru Gobind Singh Ji is on Saturday, October 29th, 2022. Fighting many battles in Punjab, Guru Gobind Singh Ji spent his final days at Nanded Maharashtra. 2 Pathans hired by Mughal Governor stabbed Gurudev in the stomach and wounded him badly. Observing his health conditions, Guru Sahib passed the spiritual throne of Sikhism to Pothi Sahib in the form of ‘Guru Granth Sahib Ji‘ and left his physical body on October 7th, 1708.
